Partnering & Supporting Debate Mate

We help individuals and companies create life-changing community impact, and provide professionals with meaningful volunteering opportunities. By connecting the boardroom to the classroom, we unlock the potential of young people while developing vital communication and leadership skills in volunteers.

School Sponsorship

Sponsor a single school or a cluster to bring the Debate Mate programme to young people across the UK, often using CSR or Foundation funding. This could be a group of schools in a current region we work in, or in a brand new region.

Competition Sponsorship

Shape one of our two annual national competitions. Partners can co-design debate motions around issues that matter to them and their sector, while employees volunteer as judges. This is a unique opportunity to spark nationwide conversations.

Programme Takeover

Launch national discussions with 6,000 young people. Co-design, week-long takeovers focused on a theme important to your company, with nationwide student debates and optional competition integration.

Social Value

We partner with companies bidding for government contracts to help meet Social Value obligations through meaningful and bespoke programmes.

Engagement Events

Large-scale volunteering events
are designed to bring professionals and students together in dynamic, meaningful ways.

Recruitment

Partner with us to access a diverse and talented pool of university and secondary school students equipped with communication and leadership skills.
