Through tailored activities, the programme fosters a positive attitude towards learning, builds effective communication skills to support better behaviour, and develops confidence and enthusiasm for participating in classroom discussions.

DebateBox Programme

Delivered in partnership with the Harrow Club, DebateBox combines boxing with world-class debating to build confidence, resilience, and communication skills in young people at risk of exclusion.

Through this unique blend of physical and verbal sparring, participants learn to channel energy positively, think critically under pressure, and develop the discipline needed to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Students access national competitions, careers and UCAS guidance, and work experience opportunities. The programme develops key employability skills and builds confidence in making informed decisions about higher education and careers.
